From September 10th to 12th, 2008, as a member and member unit of Suzhou Huadian, General Manager Bao Qinghua attended the annual meeting of the "National Subcommittee of High Voltage Test Technology Standardization" held in Urumqi and its "High Voltage Test Technology and Equipment" Expert group" working meeting,at the meeting, five power industry standards were reviewed. Among them, Suzhou Huadian participated in the preparation of the "General Technical Requirements for Power Frequency Parameter Testers for Transmission Lines" and "Testing Procedures for Capacitance and Current of Neutral Ineffective Grounding Systems".
