On February 21, 2009, the "Shanghai Electric Power Company's portable dry-transformation partial discharge test system project acceptance meeting" was successfully held in Suzhou. The Shanghai Electric Power Company organized relevant experts to carry out the scientific and technological project of "Portable Dry-Type Transformer Partial Discharge Detection and Test Device", which was established by the Shanghai Municipal Power Supply Company, Shanghai Jiulong Electrical Equipment Testing Co., Ltd. was responsible for the research and development, and Suzhou Huadian Electric Technology Co., Ltd. Acceptance review. At the meeting, the review committee listened to the project's work report, technical report, standardization appraisal, novelty search report and other documents.

After discussion, the acceptance opinions are as follows:      

      1. The technical documents and materials of the project are basically correct, complete and clear, and meet the requirements of the opening report;

    2. The test device has been verified by the State Grid Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute, and its performance meets the relevant national standards and product technical requirements, the test is qualified, and the report is valid;

      3. The test device uses a variable frequency power supply device to apply a single-phase test voltage to the test product through an intermediate transformer. It has the advantages of large capacity, strong anti-interference performance, easy handling and flexible combination, and is suitable for 35kV and below, 20MVA and below On-site partial discharge test and induction withstand voltage test of dry-type transformers. After the Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology Information, the overall performance of the test device has the leading domestic level. The acceptance committee agreed to pass the project acceptance.

       Participants also came to Suzhou Huadian Electric Technology Co., Ltd. for on-site acceptance.
